Developed by the Discovery Supported Employment Team, part of the Dimensions Group, our training responds to employer feedback and needs. Established in 2017, we have extensive experience supporting both employers and employee across various industries.

Informed by the personal insights of neurodivergent people and the latest research, our training is designed by an expert with lived experience and professional qualifications. It blends authentic perspectives with practical strategies that go beyond theory.
